GC hires third parties to provide credit card, bank, payment and information processing services and order fulfillment services. If you choose to make a donation online, by mobile phone, through the mail or by other means, we will share your personal information with our processing service providers.

By using our Site, our social media pages (such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram and other), subscribing to our services, donating to us, you agree we can place the types of cookies set out below on your device.

8.  Financial Policy

• At the early stage, the activities of “GREEN CHILDREN” had been operated solely depending on the financial contribution of its members and the volunteers’ work. Online based fundraising strategy has been adopted to scale up the activities and to reach more children. 

• 25% of the received donations from individuals or organizations will be spent as operational cost (office rent, staffs, travel and other expenses). The remaining 75% of the donation will be spent to provide goods and services to the beneficiaries. 

• Monthly and annual financial reports will be shared with the members of the organization as well with others who provide financial support to the organization. 

• The executive body of the organization holds the authority to bring changes in financial policy. 

9.  Donation Refund Policy

We are grateful for your donation and support for a good cause. Donations are normally nonrefundable but if you make an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to our organization please contact us. It may be noted that refund from the formal channel has to comply regulation and requires permission from the government compliance.
